GAIA Technical S.A., having its headquarters in the Municipality of Eordea, was founded in 2008 by Iokeim Iosifidis and Christos Hantzaris, who are the sole shareholders of the company. The initial contracting license of the company was a 3rd class license, however in December 2014 it was upgraded to a 5th grade license.
One year after its establishment, in 2009, following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, by amendment of article 5 of the Articles of Association, proceeded to the increase of the share capital of the company by 260,000 euros. The company’s share capital amounts to EUR 956,000 euros, divided into 9,560 registered shares of a nominal value of EUR 100 each.
On the 28th of December of 2020, following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, by amendment of article 5 of the Articles of Association, proceeded to the increase of the share capital of the company by 650.080,00 euros. The company’s share capital amounts to EUR 1.462.680,00 euros, divided into 9,560 registered shares of a nominal value of EUR 153 each.

GAIA METAL P.C. is a modern workshop that operates in a wide range of construction projects, such as the design and manufacture of metal parts, conveyor systems, the design and erection of metal structures of all types etc.
Clemic Services S.A. is active in the management and maintenance of buildings at a scientific, technical, labor, advisory and financial level. It features a department for manufacturing and maintaining fire extinguishing products, offering integrated fire protection systems. It employs approximately 200 employees and associates, of all specialties.
MEGISTOS S.A. is a newly established technical company involved in the handling and management of technical projects.
