Our company assures you that it takes all the necessary technical and organisational measures to manage the personal data of its customers and associates by ensuring the processing of the personal data in accordance with the legal framework and the prevention of any accidental loss or destruction and of any unauthorised and/or illegal access to it, use, modification or disclosure thereof.

The personal data we process.

The personal data you provide to us, such as your full name, your contact details, your email address, telephone number, date of birth, ID number, profession, address, Tax Registration number, etc., we only process when we have a legitimate reason to do so.

 

The legitimate reasons for processing your personal data.

Legitimate reasons for processing your personal information are:

 

(a) the performance of a contract that you assign to us or which you intend to assign to us, such as the execution of a project or the provision of services, in order to fulfill our contractual obligations in the above context.

How and why we use your personal information.

 

  • To properly respect our contractual commitments and maintain the  communication between us.

From the contractual relationship between us (whether it is a project contract by a contractor/subcontractor, a supply contract, a service contract, etc., or it is the processing of personal data at a pre-contractual stage), we draw and use the information required for a smooth growth of our co-operation, for example for the signing of amendments to the main project contract, the management of financial pending issues resulting from a cooperation, etc.

 

  • To communicate with you and manage our relationship with you

We may need to contact you via email or telephone for management reasons, as for example, to inform you of the progress of our cooperation, to set a professional meeting for a candidate for staff, to handle other requests or complaints, etc. .

 

  • To comply with legal obligations

When, for example, we publish on our website and on the web site of  the General Commercial Registry, decisions of the General Assembly and/or the Company’s Board of Directors (including natural persons’ details) under a statutory authorisation, we designate and disclose other natural persons as the Company’s representatives for the performance of activities relating to its business activities.

When we use Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and security cameras in order to be able to protect the security of individuals, materials and infrastructures in projects that the company performs.

When this is necessary in order to conduct an audit (e.g. Regulatory Authority for Energy, Hellenic Consumers’ Ombudsman, Personal Data Protection Authority, etc.) and in accordance with the legal procedures provided.

Storage period

The length of the data storage period is decided on the basis of the following specific criteria, depending on the case:

 

When processing is required as an obligation under the provisions of the applicable legal framework, your personal data will be stored for as long as the relevant provisions impose on a case-by-case basis.

 

When processing is made on a contractual basis, your personal data is stored for as long as it is necessary for the performance of the contract during its term and then for the foundation, exercise, and/or support of legal claims under the contract.

You have the right to be aware and verify the legitimacy of the processing. So, you have the right to access the data and get additional information about its processing.

  • Right of erasure:

You have the right to make a request for the erasure of your personal data when we process it on your consent or in order to protect our legitimate interests. In all other cases (such as, for example, where there is a contract, the obligation to process personal data required by law, public interest), this right is subject to specific restrictions or is not warranted as the case may be.
